Stranded Conductors (For Subsequent Insulation)
This 1200 twists per minute stranding of aluminum and copper conductors is ideally suited for low voltage conductors up to 500 mm² or 1000 kcm, allowing unilay strand assembly. Optimally configured with stem payoffs, this stranding capacity provides the lowest capital cost per twist compared to the traditional Tubular, Rigid and Concentric stranding solutions. Optional driven roll-forming heads are available for Compressed, Compact and SIW (Single Input Wire) strand constructions.

- Rotational Speeds to 600 rpm or 1200 twists/min with typical line speeds to 600 ft/min or 200 m/min

- Scissor lift powered platform ideally suited for the range of take-up reels
- Force vented sound proof guard panels with sandwich sheet steel doors, safety interlocked ensure quiet and safe operation. Access panels at rear of guard provide easy access for maintenance
- Integrated drive and control package with auxiliary equipment to suit each application
