Optical Ground Wires (OPGW)
Ideally suited for the assembly of “Aluminum Spacer” and “Stainless Steel Tube” Optical Ground Wires for overhead transmission applications. This Planetary Cage solution completes the Bull Head Tubular for this product. Electronic tensioning of each element, combined with the floating dancer tensioning system, ensures precise tension control throughout the product range. Optional individual wire roll forming is available for trapezoidal wire or “TW” layers.

- Electronic tensioning system maintains preset tension throughout product run. Optional individual cradle tensioning system for stainless steel tube, spacer and aluminum alloy wires

- Goose-neck free floating dancer minimizes tension fluctuation due to fleeting angle
